Terms of service

ITEASYY provides, but is not limited to:

• Video production & editing services
• Content strategy & social media consulting
• Fractional CMO / marketing strategy services
• Brand consulting & creative direction
• Ongoing retainer-based creative and marketing services

All services are governed by individual contracts, proposals, or scopes of work agreed upon separately.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information, assets, and timely feedback
• Meet deadlines for approvals and deliverables where applicable
• Maintain access credentials securely for any shared portals or dashboardsUse provided materials only as permitted under licensing terms

Delays caused by lack of client response may affect timelines without penalty to ITEASYY.

• All original content created by ITEASYY remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for agreed-upon purposes.
• Raw footage, project files, and working documents are not included unless explicitly stated.
• ITEASYY reserves the right to display completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary, sensitive, or private information shared during the engagement.

• Payment terms are outlined in individual contracts or invoices.
• Late payments may result in paused services.
• All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

Retainer Services
• Require 30 days written notice for cancellation.
• Services continue during the notice period.
• No partial refunds for unused time or services.

‍Project-Based Services
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If canceled mid-project, the client is responsible for work completed to date.

ITEASYY reserves the right to terminate services for breach of contract, non-payment, or misconduct.

Marketing, content, and strategy outcomes are influenced by many external factors. ITEASYY does not guarantee specific growth, revenue, or performance results.

ITEASYY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
